- Give the same email address for both contact with our staff and in your ID profile.
- When you log-on to your account regularly, you will see rewards credits for staying active in the program.
- Once you have earned points and they have been applied to your account, click on the Redeem Points section. Please note that points are not automatically given, because of the verification process. There is a 7-10 day delay in point processing from the time submitted until they are posted on your account.

Frequently Asked Questions:
- 1.What are Reward Points?
Reward Points are credits in gift catalog/this rewards store and let you claim any gift you want.
- 2.What are Activity Points or Acorns?
These are the credits you receive for participation in various activities in the program.
- 3.How does Activity Points or Acorns differ from Reward Points?
Activity points shows the log of your activity and credits in the program but you can not use them to get any reward. These points always be there and only change the status and you can view the history on the "Manage Points" page.
As against, the Reward Points are the points that let you claim gifts from the gift catalog. - 4.So how do I get to convert my Activity Points or Acorns into Reward Points?
It's simple and you don't have to do anything. Every time, you get new 500 Activity Points or Acorns we will automatically (within a few hours), get you 500 Reward Points corresponding to those 500 Activity Points.
You can now use those reward points to claim gifts. Next time, you get another 500 points - you will get new 500 reward points.
- 5.I just got 100 activity points - will I get 100 reward Points also?
Note, although 100 activity points map to 100 reward points but the credit happens only when you have 500 of them - so you will have to get 400 more activity points and then you will get 500 reward points at once.
